9-for-9, Congratulations Chatham Township!

On November 3, 2009, not only did we witness a 180° change from Election ’08, but we elected ALL 9 Republican candidates on the ballot!

So who was the biggest winner that night? Chris Christie and New Jersey’s soon-to-be 1st Lieutenant Governor, Kim Guadagno? Assemblyman Jon Bramnick and Assemblywoman Nancy Muñoz? Or was it re-electing our 3 Morris County Republican Freeholders John Murphy, William Chegwidden and Gene Feyl, as well as our County Surrogate, John Pecoraro? All were great wins, but the biggest win of the night went to Chatham Township’s Republican Mayor Kevin Tubbs, who was re-elected with the largest number of total votes received by any candidate on the ballot with a landslide percentage. Now, the best news is saved for last - as a result of this year’s election cycle, Chatham Township continues to be governed by Republicans only, a record of achievement held since 2007, and a testament to the outstanding performance of our party’s elected officials.

To all who voted, and donated their time and financial resources – thank you - enjoy your victory. We appreciate your vote of confidence in our party and our candidates. We pledge to continue to work together with you to assure that Chatham Township will remain an exceptional community in which to live and work. Our successes would not be possible without you.

As always, please contact us should you have any questions, comments or would like to volunteer.

Happy Holidays.
